Real Estate Consulting Services

We provide customized individual or group real estate consultation services.  We are highly trained in residential real estate education in a variety of settings. 

Possible Reasons for Using our Consulting Services:

    1.    Wand to know which improvements will add the most value before:

•    Buying a "Fixer-Upper" 
•    Building a home 
•    Remodeling
•    Selling your current home 

    2.    Want to know which improvements to make before you get an appraisal.

    3.    Curious about the current, residential real estate market.

    4.    Interested in group classes on the current real estate market.

    5.    A variety of other reasons.

Fees for individual consulting services are $300.00 per hour (with a one hour minimum and applied per 1/2 hour thereafter) and are due at the time of the service. If you desire to have a written copy of our results and recommendations, you must inform us of this before the service and an additional $300.00 fee will be assessed. Also, please understand that this service is not an appraisal (unless indicated otherwise) and no value can be given due to stringent, federal regulatory laws.
